I was rip sawing a piece of hickory today on the table saw, and after a clank, bang, crash, the blade just stopped. I opened up the cabinet and found that the pulley from the axle that drives the blade came off. I found the pulley and the nut on the floor of the cabinet, reassembled everything, and closed it up. No problem, so I thought. But things just didn't look right. I took my square out and found that the blade is no longer square to the table. The back of the blade shifted to the left a good quarter of an inch. I can not find anything loose, or anywhere where this can be adjusted. The manual is worthless (Delta 36-750).

Any ideas what happen and how I can fix it? Anyone have a repair or alignment guide for the older Deltas?
