Deft water based clear wood finish

I see Woodcraft has an add for this finish:

Is it really new?
Has anyone used this?
Are the results the same as solvent based lacquer?
Does it dry quicker?
Does it buff the same as solvent lacquer?

I like deft spray lacquer for it's ease of use and clarity, but I can't handle the effects of the fumes.
