Anyone know a good Danish Oil recipe?

A cheap (or should I say reasonably priced) source for the "ingredients" (or Danish Oil itself) will be appreciated too. ;)

Oh yeah...this won't be used on pens [:p][}:)]

Thanks Mike!

Just on the planning stage Monty. I am still waiting for my chuck insert/adapter. I want to try making Norfolk Island Pine (NIP) translucent bowls. [^]

Vick is on the money with this one.

If you want a harder finish and a little more urethane.
If you want a softer finish and a little more oil.

To tell you the truth, I just eyeball the parts. Been doing that for years and never had a problem.

Also, I use mineral spirits because I don't like the way turpentine smells. The end product turns out the same

Ron,

Goody...I just realized that I already have all of these [:D].

I should be able to use Turpenoid (alternative to Turpentine...only doesn't have the odor).

Thanks!!!

I see several references to BLO... I'm sure I probaly know what it is, but right now I cannot recall exactly what it is..

You know there are three ways to tell you are getting old...
First your memory goes......

I forget the other two.
