If someone ever comes up with some good foam and they have a way to cut it professionally, I would love to hear from you. I need some custom foam inserts make for a pen cabinet. I will need about 20 pieces of foam cut and will need the pen slots cut for different pen styles.

The easiest, cleanest and neatest way to cut foam is with a hot wire foam cutter. You can literally cut any shape you want. Do a web search and you'll find many ways to build one cheap yourself.
