Cutting boards x 3

I finished these three this afternoon. The 1st is a face grain, 12 x 12 x 7/8. The 2nd is end grain , 10 x 16 x 3/4 & the 3rd is also en grain, 9 x 16 x 1 1/2. I figured out the chevron boards are a bit simpler if over 1" thick. C & C welcome ...

How do you finish those?

After sanding soak with mineral oil, final coat of a combination of mineral oil & bees wax or a commercial product for cutting boards.
