Custom Blanks

I could use some Help. My daughter is crazy about rubber ducks and I would love to turn her a pen with duckies on it. My problem is I don't know enough about casting or making blanks yet to make one myself. Who would you recommend that I contact about creating a custom blank? I guess decals on a lime green tube would be the easiest.
If someone would like to assist me in the venture it would be great.

Right now I'm looking for ideas. She loves lime green and yellow combination. Of course I'm willing to pay if someone would like to help.
The ultimate blank would be one designed by Toni! Too bad her website says she's on vacation.

I appreciate the input.
