Curved Wall RM Bowl

At 1.00 PM today this was two flat pieces of 8" x 8" x 3/4" poplar .

It is now 5.00 PM here as I am showing it and most of the time making this one was waiting for glue to dry and applying finish .

Geezzz, talking about speedy Gonzales...!

That has to be a very good/fast glue you are using, no doubt...!

You would think that there are 2 different woods in there, great effects and shape...!

Hot sunny day here today so after putting the rings in the press I stick the whole thing out in the sun. It's good to go after a couple hours .
I use Titebond 3 exclusively on my bowls . .
same wood off the same board . Orientation of the rings when bluing them gives it the effect of different woods .
