Nice looking piece of Gray Box Burl w/curl I turned in 2005. The bottom was fairly flat and all I did was Sand a foot out of the pins which you can see in my Photos.
Appx. 5 x 10 inches and 1 inch thick.

Do you have any more Gray Box Burl? I think this wood make a really nice looking pen. Nice work on the bowl!
