About a month ago I bought a Beall Collet Chuck from CSUSA and yesterday it seized on me. I couldn't get the cap nut off at all without beating it off. There had to be a burr or something in it bc it threaded on smooth, but was all chewed up when I finally got the cap nut off. Called today and spoke with their tech service dept. and they're putting a new chuck in the mail ASAP. No questions asked. Thank you for standing behind your products!

I are done been confused. Did you ask Beal to replace their product, or did you ask CSUSA to replace Beal's product?

How is it confusing? I bought the product from csusa. It malfunctioned. They are exchaning it without issue. Beall has nothing to do with it bc I didn't buy it from them.
