We would lose the 13% club discount in order to get the 15% sale... not much savings and it would be tough to get a group buy together and ordered in a few hours.

You would also save 20% with a quantity discount of 50 plus kits. So it would be more like 35% discount.
I would be good for at least 10 kits.

A club wouldn't be making the order. A single, individual, long-time customer would be.

You suggested a group buy. One of the added benefits of group buys is that we are treated like clubs, and get an extra 13% discount. To put together a group buy, and present it as a single person order, is shady business, all for less than 2% more off.

Not at all. First, there is a difference between being a club and 'being treated like a club'. Second, the obvious reason for them to say no club orders is to keep people from wanting to use the fifteen percent discount on top of the thirteen percent discount. No one is suggesting that this be done.

The no club rule has never been used to stop individuals from pooling their orders. Why should it now?

Hi all,
I placed an order today and saved 40%! For three years now, I benefit of this end of year (from 12/28 to 12/30) CSUSA 15% promotion, ahead of the volume discount. I've also placed orders through group buys and saved about the same. Both ways are just perfect for all of us and IMHO shouldn't be treated antagonistically.
Just my .00002.
