CSUSA Flat rate shipping?

OK, so this is very odd. I received 2 e-mails from CSUSA today about 2 hours apart. The first advertised $5 flat rate shipping and the second advertised $7 flat rate shipping. Both had the same terms and conditions and expiration dates. So anyone get a $4 flat rate shipping or Free Shipping e-mail?

It would be nice if they would recongize thier international customers by providing us with these shipping discounts too.
