My daughter made a PSI Dragon Roller Ball pen for a friend using the PKDRRBU bushing. She just bought the PSI Dragon Twist Pen Kit thinking that the old bushing was what she needed. Wrong. The bushing needed is PKDRABU. Does anyone know of another bushing that would work for this pen. I have a bunch of old bushings and might have it in my storage box. I tried using the Bushing & Tubes app, but can't find anything which may only mean that I am not using it correctly. Any ideas?

Measure the hardware where it would match up to a blank. Take that measurement and use the Bushings and Tube app to look up the tube size and corresponding bushing diameter. That in turn should tell you the bushing part number and then you should be able to tell if you have one in your stock.
Personally, I keep all my bushings stored by tube diameter and hardware diameter for just this type of situation. I can always measure the tube and hardware and then look up the bushing by those dimensions.

Here is the bushing set from PSI

Now I only go by the tube size and turning without bushings where possible.
Mortalis, could you show us your system? Good idea.
I use a container of small boxes that I got from Harbor Freight. I label each small container with the tube ID x hardware OD. Sort them by the tube ID and then the hardware OD. I can use whichever bushing fits the need. Doesnt necessarily need to be the prescribed bushing set. I can even use a set that gets me close and then use my verniers to get to finished diameter.

Unfortunately, your best bet is to use the APP, to get the measurements. Then use a set of callipers to measure the ones you have.
