I have used them several times. Fast service and very nice products. I still use them for certain woods.

I can't read their instruction sheets with my Firefox browser.

Their instructions are in Microsoft Word format, for some weird reason. They're usually PDF's. You can download them and open them in Open Office. That's what I've done.
