I decided to try a set of these but I think it's going to be a hard sell. They cost me about $50.00 to make, not even including the blank. These are the new inline hooks, not the tapered ones. I'm going to ask $100.00, we will see. I really like the assembly, as the spring is preassembled so it went together very easily. I left off the clip because I've never seen a crochet hook with a pocket clip and I can't imagine anyone wanting it on there. The blank is redheart that has both heartwood and sapwood. Redheart sounded like a good wood because there is also a Redheart brand of yarn. I bought the 6 piece set and the 3 piece add on set. It comes with a box and the 3 piece set comes with a new box insert that holds 9 hooks. Comments and critiques always welcome.

I sold one without the additional 3 hooks for $75 at a show. Originally bought is as a gift for a friend, but her kids bought her a commercially made set and gave it to her first.
