Crazy Looking Crotch Walnut

Looking for some wild figured crotch walnut for a special turning project. Will purchase, but hoping for barter for my Jack Daniels barrel wood blanks. Looking for at least 1" square x at least 6" long.

You might want to check with your local Rockler store, if there is one near you. They has some crotch walnut on sale for $12.99 a board foot. They are all shorter lengths but you can get some great 6 inch blanks from them.

I'm visiting Maine right now and I went to the Rockler store. What they call crotch, I wouldn't. They're stretching it a little.
