Well, I've been sick since Wednesday. My at home test was negative that day but today my taste seemed off and I thought it was odd I still have a fever so I tested again. This time it came up as a strong positive right away. I'm relieved I tested before Mom and Dad came over but it still sucks in a big way. They winter in Arizona and drove back for Christmas. Now my mom is in tears and they're driving back. I hate it when my mom cries.

I had a cough Tuesday afternoon, tested negative Wednesday, then tested positive Thursday. I'm doing okay overall today, with all my symptoms (cough, headache, fever, and sore throat) either gone or improved.

Main thing is you recover. Many more holidays and moments to come.

Take care.

Sorry to hear this, but I'm glad you found out before your parents arrived. Nothing wrong with a belated Christmas get-together. Prayers for a speedy recovery & reunion with your parents.
