Hi Joe,
I would love to see another picture of the pen, from what I can see, it looks very interesting.
Perhaps one out of the Case, and "off "the work bench, these distract from the Pen.

How did you finish the ebonite? I just ruined a black ebonite blank because I couldn't get it smooth...that is, I couldn't get rid of the chisel marks. Do you mind sharing your sanding and finishing process?

Ok will get some more 2 Moro as for finishes I just wet sanded to 12000 and applied hut plastic finish same as you would do for acrylic blanks also I use a carbide tipped cutter from woodcraft can't remember the name of it but has red or orange wooden handle
