1st Officer: "Guess who I pulled over in a traffic stop the other day?"
2nd Officer: "Who?"
1st Officer: "Janet Jackson!"
2nd Officer: "What she do, was she speeding?"
1st Officer: "Nah, she had one headlight out."

This police officer pulls a car over for only slowing down and rolling through a stop sign. The officers ask the driver if he knows why he got pulled over. The driver answers "You pulled me over because I didn't stop at the stop sign. In my book slowing down is the same as stopping." The officer hads the driver step out of the car. Then He commences to beat him over the head with his baton. The driver yells "Stop, stop. Please stop". The officer continues to beat him over the head. The driver pleads with the officer to stop. Then the officer replies "I didn't stop, I just slowed down".
