Well, I have answered a half dozen phone calls and two dozen emails. I did go to Sams for 90 minutes. The phone number Dean gave is correct.

We have just been informed that the site is down, we will be working with the provider to get it back up quickly. Quite obviously, now would be a BAD time to call us.

We try to have 24-7, but it works out to about 12-7. There is an answering machine on the phone line when we are not here. Sometimes we really need a few minutes to fill orders---sorry if that is when you called (I can't always hear the phone when pulling orders--some of the products are in the building two door over).

We try to answer--sorry we missed you.
