Thank you everyone... I was really surprised when Charles emailed me about it...

Bruce those are BOW Perfume Applicators... one of my best selling Christmas season items.. I make them from BOW, Cocobolo, Pink Ivory for woods and my best selling acrylics are Flecked White ,Purple and Red and Gold Crushed Velvet. Last Christmas I sold over 40 of them in singles and then got an order from a person that has a custom soap and scents shop in town for 50 more...
