The new Winter issue of the Woodturning Design is now out. One of the articles in this issue (pg 16:tongue:) features Jeff Powell making a scroll sawed gecko pen.

Pretty cool!!

Jeff even shares a few of his patterns...and for those brave enough - a mug shot! :eek:

Skip - This is a different one.. Only a couple years out now. Its the one that Dawn has on her site.

The magazines website is woodturningdesign.com (and doesn't have the full article list for this new edition yet)... Some people get to see all the new things first!
 
Hey, that's awesome, thank you for letting me know about it Dawn. I am not a subscriber and did not write that article. Now I'm excited to go to the bookstore and get myself a copy. And thanks everyone else for everything!

Well as far as I'm concerned, Woodturning from the UK is one of the best mags in the craft. I like it better than American Woodturner (AAW) or Woodturning Design
 
Well the dog sled team finally arrived here in norhtern BC with my copy of Woodturning Design, and now I can say way to go as well Jeff.

Lin from nothern BC and the dog sled team . LOL
