I've always liked the traditional shape of the Compson. I used a laminated wood blank for this one, and love the teardrop shapes on the sides. Reminds me of the old Dymondwood blanks.

That certainly is a beautiful pen !! .

I love the symmetry of the laminate pattern, the way you have centered the turning axis and then turned it !!!

Me too - it's a great looking clicker. The only quibble I have is the way the back of the clip ring sits on the blank. I've split a few blanks at assembly time by pressing that on too far.

Your profile on the blank looks great.
