Color Fast Question

My question is, those of you who used these pens to color the wood, has the color lasted? Any fading or shifting?

Iam really interested in these and how they held up !! I got a LOT of maple and such that some color would HELP sell and make a sellable product outa pardon the pun outa dead wood ...

The color should hold up pretty well since the pen was finished with CA. Prismacolor dyes are pretty good quality and have been used for coloring feathers used in fly tying for many years. If you left the pen laying in the sun it might well have some fading or shifting, but people don't normally do that.

I tyed flies for YRS and never heard of it But thats normal for me :O) !!
I got on E bay and bought a 48 set for 49 bucks + shipping so maybe I can get rid of some a this dead maple and other stuff I have a ton of ...
