CNC lathe services

I need some help from someone who either has a CNC lathe or possibly a metal lathe. I have absolutely no knowledge of metal lathes so this may be easy on a metal lathe too. I need 26 plastic masters made of this:



They all need to be exactly the same and I will be using them as masters to make a silicone mold so I can cast them. I use them for one of the products I make. If you can do this, please PM me with a price or propose a trade.

The measurements shown are approximate at the moment but I will provide the exact dimensions before you start. They can be made out of any kind of plastic. I made some out of PVC pipe on my lathe by hand but I am not able to get the precision over 26 pieces that I need!

If you have one like you want it, why not make a mold and cast them out of alumilite or PR?

Curtis, having worked with a shop recently on a project. The best way is to make one that is "perfect" then send it to them so they can measure. That way the results will be perfect.

I was using really nice digital calipers and my guys was say it wasn't good enough for there machines in most cases.

Sounds like good advice to me those CNC machines are pretty precise and repeatable.
