clear pour question

I know some of you have poured clear poly (or similar stuff)...

I have a customer that wants me to pour 100 sierra's ... clear with a foil/mylar logo.

If you have ANY pictures that may come close could you post them so I can get an idea of what they look like....

Do a search on pens by Stevers. He has done some of the most recent (and very nice looking) label pens. But I've yet to see one out of mylar/foil.

Be very careful of casting around mylar labels. Every time I tried, the seam lifted. Do some testing before you commit.

Maybe doing what others have done when they had lifting issues and pre-coat the mylar with dewaxed shellac. Worth a try.
