Clarion Demonstrator Buckeye

This is my first Clarion Demonstrator fountain pen, in chrome, from PSI. The blank is buckeye that I've had for years, and finally used. I think it was a freebie I got from Arizona Silhouette. All of the example pens on PSI's website have a bulge in the body. They look topheavy to me. I turned this body straight, and while the pen still looks topheavy, I do like the straight body better.

Like most fountain pen kits I've made, it can use either disposable cartridges or an ink pump. Both are included with the kit.

Well I do like the cap, nice work. First time I've seen that kit. Looks too bare for me.

Nice work Jim. I've been wondering about these for people asking about FP's at shows. Does PSI have other demonstrator style pens. I've only found this kit on their site.

They only have the one kit, that I know of, in three finishes.
