Just wondering how they get the circuit boards to bend around those tubes? LOL! No, really, how do they do that? Just curious!
bruce119 here at IAP used to make them from the "real" thing (PCB). Some of the more commercially available ones may now be made with a "printed" label and cast in resin. Personally I make mine with "flat" blocks, but they do not look as nice as the 360 degrees cast items.

I believe they are just sanded really thin and then bent and glued in place...

Thats what I always told the customer. Bruce was the only one I bought from.
