Has any body made one of the rollerball cigars yet? I have not seen one and I would like to see the the end of one. all of the photo show them with the Cap off and posted. I would like to see one capped. Is there any photos showing one capped or the end of one?
Thanks Max.

They are Close, But the center bands and clips are different and according to the instructions so is the end of the pen and that is what I would like to see. The one at Timberbits appear to have the Flat Top's center band and clip.
Here is a photo of PSI's Pen.

I made one of the PSI rollerballs a long time ago. I'll see if I still have it for a picture, but I remember that the (metal-on-metal) threading felt pretty rough and I haven't made any since.

Ditto and the "finial" end was very short. So, you could easily cross thread--did not seem like a design I wanted to use--have a handful of kits, make you a deal, if you want them!!!

here are the ones I made early in my turning career.

Since they are only available in 24k gold plate, I won't make them any longer.

Mike,

I am NOT certain any more, but I thought they (PSI) advertised them as TiGold on the nib, then "guaranteed for life" gold for the rest.

Again, I am NOT sure, just remember thinking it was a very EARLY hybrid!!!

No mention of Ti on them any more. How long you been holding those kits,Ed?

It's sad though as it's a nice looking kit, if not for the lack of plating choices and the metal on metal thread.
