Some basic ornaments from Woodcraft kits. The one with the step design was an accident. I was taking down the wood with a 1/4 inch parting tool when a stroke of genius hit me. Due to the infrequency, I have very few bruises from it. Anyway, left to right: cherry, unknown, unknown. These are an example of the "raid the scrap bin." Finish is three coats of wipe on poly. Will have a finishing question on another forum.

Have some bottle stoppers that need completing. I have seen some really funky designs and materials, especially synthetics, that are unique.
Edgar, thanks.

I like the different designs, especially since I'm not very artistic. Most of the ornaments I've turned recently have the same basic shape, so this gives me some inspiration. Thanks for posting.
