Acquired some new top grade chittum burl. Blanks 1 through 5 are 7" to 6.5 " in length and 7.8" minimum square.
Blanks 6 through 10 are 5.5" to 4.5" in length and 7.8" minimum square.

7.8" square sounds more like a bowl blank than a pen blank... am I misreading something?

Correction to chittum burl pen blanks..... dimension should be .78" square NOT 7.8"

I might be able to come up with a 6" x 6" x 1" thick piece given some time but it would be difficult for sure !!!
And expensive. Tight Bond maybe ???
