I was irritated at the discourtesy of a "Customer Service Representative" at PSI yesterday so I called Woodturningz right after that (also yesterday). Ordered the same items I would've ordered from PSI (since Woodturningz is a PSI Dealer) and got a discount on some of the items. The person answering the phone was very courteous as well as helpful. The neat thing is that the order was shipped the same day (and no extra charge for "expedited handlng which happens with PSI). Long story short - Woodturningz made me feel liike a valued customer - even though I only ordered a few items and my order was pretty small. I definitely WILL be ordering from Woodturningz whenever they have the items I want.
