Got an email from my favorite customer today, the Zen Pen she bought for him broke. The clip broke off the cap. I called CSUSA and they are putting a new one in the mail today. Wow fast, wow understanding. And wow...... it's being replaced under "warranty".

Good people to give your money to (please never let my wife find out exactly how much money they have gotten from me......).
