changing clips on certain kit pens

Hi there,
I was wondering if it's possible to take off the clips from certain kit pens and swap in my own.

For example - any of these...
Exotic Blanks :: Pen Kits :: Pen Kits (By Kit Name) :: Click Pen Kits :: Long Clicker Pen - Black Ti

Exotic Blanks :: Pen Kits :: Pen Kits (By Kit Name) :: Click Pen Kits

I have no experience in swapping clips but if you make them to fit there shouldn't be any reason it wouldn't work, if that's what you want.

yes you should be able to. afterall they were put on in the first place If it was put on it can be taken off.

thanks - that's what I was hoping.
I have very little experience with kits - and don't know if the clips have been pressed onto the other pieces so they're impossible to remove or not.

If this is the same kit as the CSUSA long Clicker, the transmission is pre-assembled. The clip slides over that unit and the whole shooting match is then pressed together. I had a rough time getting the one I disassembled to come apart.

I don't know what kit it is when compared with another. Like I said - very VERY little experience with kits.

I just need to pick one now.

Shawn, this is the one George was talking of. This one I know the clip is separate. As for the other, not so sure.

The twist pen versions (Sierra type) that I have come across by different vendors were all one piece assembly for the finial. Hope that helps.
