I have noticed after turning a few pens like the PSI Trimline after assembly, the center bands are a little loose. Does anyone see a problem with this or is it me being to anal. Could the center band be glued to the lower blank?

It is normal IMHO
However, I have had one customer who complained about it .... You can do what you want to, I gave the customer his money back!
