THe problem is caused when we link to the Actual Contest rules that are in the SE Planning Forum. As a Chairman we can see the rules and think the link is working, members that are not approved for that forum get the message " you do not have permission". That reason is why I copy all the rules to the Activities Manager Forum for review.
