cancer pen ideas

I have an employee(friend) who"s father has just gone through some lung cancer chemo. Doctors are pretty sure they got it,which is good. He wants me to make him a pen. Just lookin for ideas on what kind and what blanks that might be associated with lung cancer. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
