Camphor Burl Cigar

I had a good customer order a bunch of pens the other day, she requested a "segmented cigar pen" So this is what I came up with.
Camphor Burl segmented with Bronz acrylic, red and black veneer and aluminium on a chrome cigar

Cocobolo segmented with black acrylic, black veneer and aluminium on a chrome cigar

This pen was origanly going to be a gift to Dan Rooney, The new ambasador to Ireland.
Green dyed Pittsburgh Oak on a copper cigar

All are finished with CA

The first thing I noticed was the finish. Wonderful! The segmenting is pretty good as well. Beautiful pens.

Fishrule..I just do a straight thin ca finish(10 coats) Then sand with all the micromesh grits,then buff with McGuires scratch and swirl remover
