One my old buddies sent me some turkey bones and asked me to try to make some turkey calls. I had planned on using wood but ended up using antler, drilled some holes added some epoxy and came up with these.

A friend of mine made a turkey call out of turkey bones once. He used some weird solvent based glue that didn't evaporate all the solvent out or it seeped into the bones. You had to suck on the call to make the right sounds and he had to give it up 
. I think he made another one out of different glue.

Nice looking turkey trumpet. I have a printout of one to be made of wood or acrylic. I've never tried it to see if it works.

I delivered the turkey yelpers to my buddy today and he was thrilled. I was amazed at how well they worked when used by a skilled turkey caller.
