There's some CA de-activator stuff, pure acetone, working outdoors and sweating with leather gloves on, I've shaved it off with my razor, sweating. That's what I've found so far.
 
Teeth! Beats the hell out of biting your nails, unless of course you bite to deeply and into your own flesh!

Wear rubber gloves when using the CA, but be careful of them as well. Some of the gloves react with the CA and can cause a considerable bit of heat. DAMHIKT!

Ditto and get a bottle of finger nail polish remover (same stuff) in a pint bottle heluva lot cheaper than a quart. and that pint will last you a good while, unless your a klutz like me and knock it off the shelf without tightening the cap.....

I have a bottle of debonder. I forgot where I made the purchase, but it works. It may have been Tower Hobies when I was building RC airplanes.

You want to be careful....

when using acetone to remove CA glue from your skin. I remember from my shipyard days that acetone can enter your body through your skin and do irreparable liver damage. This isn't to say that a little bit once in a while is going to kill you, but it's something to keep in mind.
