CA Bushings

I have decided to make UHMW bushings for the CA finish,since I hate fighting to get the blank off the bushings.
Here are the first 2 Sierra "bushings" and 2 Baron/Sedona "bushings"
Still have to make the Gent/Sierra Vista/Cigar

Jay,
Do you plan on turning on these or just finishing?
If you are just finishing on them you may want to try making one set cut to a 60 degree point and flat on the other end. I made my finishing bushings from Delrin and started with 5/8" dia. and made four of them with 60 degree points and drilled thru to match the mandrel. Sort of between centers but still on the mandrel. This way you only need one set of finishing bushings. Just a thought.

these are for finishing only. I thought about making "generics" but this way I can work on more than 1 pen at a time.
