Buying stuff. Will this work on my old drill press chuck?

From reading many many post I figure I need a 60 deg. live center and a drill chuck.
I have an old Delta DP with a chuck that says "(triangle shape) RJ33-13L", can I buy this arbor from little Machine Shop and use my old chuck with it?

i think more specific details about what exactly you are asking would be great. No offense, but in reading your post, its hard to understand what you are trying to accomplish.

Most small drill press chucks are 33JT (Jacobs Taper) at the back of the chuck. The models number of the chuck does suggest that this is the case for your chuck, so it should fit that arbor. Your headstock and tailstock are both 1MT (Morse Taper) according to the lathe's manual, so yes: it should let you use the drill press chuck as a tailstock drill chuck.
