Business Card Holder

The current "Featured Photo" reminded me of this lady who came to my booth last craft show. She was looking for a pen that matched her business card holder. It was hinged metal that slipped into a purse, but had a wooden "tile" on is that was similar the current Featured Photo. I didn't have one on hand, but I took a picture of it, as she ordered a pen from me.
I tried our vendors and searched Google. Does anyone know where these business card holders could be found and ordered?

I think you could substitute wood veneer for the aluminum insert.
