Bulk pen boxes

Hello, for a few years I've been buying these fairly nice wooden pen boxes from Craft for less than $5. I'll buy about a hundred each year to get a bulk rate. Like everything else, inflation has pushed these up. I typically make the bigger Tycoon style pen so I need a box that would hold that size. Does anybody have any recommendations on a nice box it's less than $5 buying in bulk?

I don't buy wood boxes usually, but I have made a few. They are actually quite easy. I could send you a file to make your own pop up boxes. All you need is a bandsaw.

Here's another pen box link. I ran across this some time ago, and is on my list of things to make. This looks pretty easy to make as well. I think this would also lend itself to assembly line processes to make 50-100 of them as a batch.
