Tried a new shape on one of my razors. I used a beautiful Buckeye Burl with a lot of good stuff in it.

I like it! Buckeye burl is purdy stuff. Did you do anything to the pressed in section to seal the wood from water? I've only done 1 razor and that was with trustone so I'd like to know if there's anything to be watchful of with wood before I mess up some nice timber.
 
Gorgeous! Never made a razor but I think I might try one. Is one in Honduras Burl next?:wink: Doc
:tongue:I have done a few in Hondo wood and I think they look the best. The buckeye sells better and also Ramon stump that has the voids which I fill with Green Mica.
