That looks great. I love pancakes. You should come to Wichita Falls next weekend for our annual pancake festival put on by one of the local Kiwanis clubs. Pancakes all day long, from 6 am to 6pm with bacon and sausage. For $6 you can "pitch 'till you win." Last year they served about 13000 persons and this year will be the 56th year for the pancake festival. We look forward to it the last sat in Jan.

For me, I had toast and eggs this morning. Tomorrow will be oatmeal with toasted walnuts, cranberries and cinnamon. Breakfast is my favorite meal...any time of day.

I also had pancakes, but replaced the bacon with REAL Wisconsin butcher made (right in front of my eyes) brat style breakfast sausage, eggs, OJ, iced tea, and milk. Yummmmmmmmmm!

The kids, up from the Springs, also had yogurt and granola.

We only eat like this when the kids come up to visit. Otherwise, we usually have the dreaded cereal or oatmeal......





OMG, someone needs to remove my eyes! That Aldi ad is frickin' hilarious!

Bob Evans for me, BLT&E and some cherry bread mmmmm.....

OH, That's a Back, Letuce & Tomato sandwich with an egg on top. It's not on the menu, but they make it up for us and is very good, especially with a little BBQ sauce!
 
I love Special K...it's made about three hours drive from me, I eat it all the time....but I dont look like the girls in the commercial, nor does anyone else I know. Those UK marketers....they can get you to believe anything.

My kind of pancakes......except I usually cover them with whipped cream. Add home made bacon and eggs, good eats!

Unfortunately I had nothing for breakfast today, or lunch probably not dinner. Having some major gastric issues.

yuck ola!!! I will stick with the reduced sugar frosted flakes my kids refuse to eat so I have to so it is not wasted.............:frown:. That Bacon looks awesome!!!!!
 
A mountain of carbs surrounded by a moat of saturated fat. But man does it look good.
