Boy Scout Themed Blanks

I have a request for two rollerballs with a Boy Scout theme. Does anyone know of someone that makes a laser cut Boy Scout themed blank?

The customer would like wood blanks otherwise I could cast a couple blanks.

My other thoughts include a decal finished over with CA or laser engraving.

Any direction, thoughts, or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would go the decal route or decoupage a stamp that is BSA themed on one barrel then wood on the other.
