For you folks that give or sell your slimline pens with a box, what do you use and where do you get them?

I will usually ask... If its for a gift, I'll include a cardboard box. If its for themselves, I'll include a felt sleeve instead.

One rule, don't give your pen in a great box, I've often got the "OH did you make the box!?" response with the pen ignored!
