Actually all sorts of suppliers have cork and silicone I guess more silicone though maybe

I find craft supplies to be the best supplier although I buy corks at woodcraft too

The dowels need to be trimmed down anyway so you can easily by a 3/8" hardwood dowel rod anywhere and cut it down

I find it mire helpful with the dowels for the silicone because they have stepped ones that are a fairly exact fit
