Blue Lizard, Bakelite, Pin Stripes, and Ebonite

Finally got around to turning some pens this weekend with some of my nicer blanks. Here is an Aero with some vintage Blue Lizard material (thanks Keith)


Here is a Jr. Statesmen with bakelite:


Another Jr. Statesmen with a pin stripe:


And two ebonite pens (even though this stuff stinks, it is great to turn!)

All are great but my favorite is the blue lizard. The pen kit and the blue lizard barrel is an awesome match. Did you cast it? How do I get one?

I received the blue lizard blank from Keith "mrburls"(see above for his comment). As a matter of fact, I think I got the Bakelite from him too :smile-big:
