Blue BEB Jnr Statesman

I've had this Jnr Statesman kit for a while now and finally got around to making it up with some freebie Box Elder Burl from Billian (thanks guys, you dont get much for free over here!)

It started as deep Royal Blue then medium blue and finally turquiose after a few sanding operations!

It's a bit 'different' so I'd be interested in your comments.

Martin the depth of the blank is outstanding! I find this one to be a definite keeper!!

Edit: I took a quick tour of your album, and really like that English Elm Burl pen!!

Wowzers! That's a beautiful pen! I normally don't like the gold on the statesman, but that blank really deserves it and fits the kit perfectly!
